Try Curry's partmaster website. You can also have a go at these, however some will only deal with a trading company. Chas Hyde, CPC, and Willow Vale all have websites.

How to setup sanyo dp50747 tv with no remote

If you do not have the remote control for your Sanyo DP50747 TV, you can try using the buttons on the TV itself to set it up. Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Locate the power button on the TV. This is usually a round button with the power symbol (a circle with a line through it) or a triangle with a line through it. Press the power button to turn on the TV.
  2. Locate the input button on the TV. This is usually a square button with the input symbol (a rectangle with an arrow pointing into it) or a button labeled "Input" or "Source". Press the input button to cycle through the available input options (e.g. HDMI, AV, etc.).
  3. Once you have selected the appropriate input, you should see the setup screen for your TV. Use the arrow buttons on the TV to navigate through the menus and select the options you want to change (e.g. language, time zone, etc.).
  4. To save your changes, look for a button labeled "Menu" or "Options" on the TV and press it. This will bring up the main menu, where you can select the "Save" or "OK" option to save your changes.
Note: If you are unable to navigate through the menus using the buttons on the TV, you may need to use a universal remote control or purchase a replacement remote for your TV.

Sanyo remote control will not aiiow the sanyo tv to go on or off.

Is this the original remote or another remote? There are a few things to check. First try new batteries in the remote. (If it is not the original remote, check that the code hasn't been changed.) Next do the buttons on the TV itself work?

If the TV responds to the buttons on the unit, then use a digital camera to take a picture of the remote (the IR beam side) when someone presses a button. Looking at the picture you should see light from the remote. If you do not see any light, then replace the remote.

If the remote is sending a signal, then the receiver has failed. You may be able to replace this at partstore.com or shopjimmy.com. First try searching on the model. If that fails, open the tv and record the part number. Search for the part itself (since many parts are used for more than one model, it may be listed for another brand).

If the buttons on the tv do not work, then the entire board probably has failed. Again try to find the part.

I hope this helps.
