Go to your control panel, from there to user control. In the user control you can remove the password if you are administrator. If you aren't, then you need access with the administrator account (set by the ones that installed the machine).

Password to what/where? Is there a "Can't access your account?" or "Need help?" or some similar link on the sign-in page?

However the best advice I can offer for Softwarer supplied with cameras is to leave it in the Box
Windows does not need it to access images and there is plenty of better software for image manipulation available free for example Google Picasa
