ok please try this boot the machine into the bios setup screen then go to the usb section and make sure that they are all enabled and after that save by pressing the f 10 and exit and reboot and then see if they work

Before proceeding to the hardware troubleshooting, start with the easy step first. Try updating the USB driver. Check the link below and see if you could use the USB driver:

If the driver update did not do any help, then, you may not start checking the components (capacitors, resistors, transistors) of the board from where the USB port is going to the communication part of the board.
You may need to have an assistance from a tech that has the right tools to check them.
