Says incorrect password when i know it is correct.

Check to see if your caps lock is on. That is the #1 problem whenever this occurs. Does anyone else use your computer? If so, could they have changed the password?

Forgot BlackBerry Device Password

• If you have forgotten your BlackBerry device password, and your BlackBerry device is on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator and request to have your password reset.
  
• If your BlackBerry device is not connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server and you have forgotten your password, there is no way to have the password reset without erasing all the data.

If you know the password you're typing is correct, try the following:

1. Deliberately type in an incorrect password five times on your BlackBerry smartphone.
   
2. Before the BlackBerry smartphone allows a further attempt, you will be prompted to type the word blackberry in plain text.
   
3. Instead of asterisks, the text you have been entering for the password will now show in plain text. Check to verify that it is correct.
   
4. If the password is still being rejected by your BlackBerry smartphone as incorrect, connect the BlackBerry smartphone to a computer that has BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed.
   
5. A prompt will appear in BlackBerry Desktop Manager to type the password for the BlackBerry smartphone. Type your password to rule out missed key strokes, incorrect symbols, or a problem with the BlackBerry smartphone

If you've type in your password incorrectly, you should see a window pop up. At the bottom, it says "Forgotten your password?" (in blue), if you click this, it will take you to another window which will give you options to send the password to your email account registered with Facebook. OR, another link in blue has "Login Problems Help Page". Any of these should help - one thing though - did you type in your email address correctly at the login page? It will not match an incorrect email / correct password, or correct email / incorrect password combination!

1- Delete the email account from your phone and re-enter it.

2- Passwords are normally case-sensitive, make sure you are using the correct characters.

3- Log into your email account from a computer and confirm your password is correct and works.

Change your password at your computer, log in and make sure the new password works, then start with step 1 above.

maybe your password is in capslock and you forgot to sign it correctly

if the website response u incorrect..it's really incorrect if it's correct then its really correct... Maybe there's someone knew your password and change it... that is why u cant access your own account..
try to remember urself if there's someone you told about your password..

On the sign in page, click on I forgot my password. It will be emailed to you.

Does anybody know if there is a patch list for 0 - 39 on the Zoom G2,1u ?
