I have a cobra 25 ltd classic change final to 1969 now I can hear but no transmit. Final is new ......where should I look next?

Was the radio working before the high power transitor mod?
If so, it appears there is more to do than just replacing the transistor.
Check www.worldwidedx.com under" cobra 29 high power mod with 2sc1969 transitor." There are instructions for the complete mod.
Hope this helps

Need operating instructions for RCA clock radio Mod. 5430

The instruction manual will not help you, because it doesn't address this problem head on.  You're having this problem because the time changed, and the clock has an automatic setting.    As long as the batteries are in the clock and it's plugged up, it automatically computes the time. I just discovered the solution.  Unplug the clock, take out the batteries and WAIT about an hour.  Plug it back up, and the time will flash, allowing you to change the time.  You do this with the button on the top back which says wake up 1 and wake up 2.  Push that button all the way to the right to the setting that looks like a little clock, then press the forward button on the top of the clock to set the correct time.  Then put your batteries in and you're good to go!  (til the time changes again:)  Good luck!
