Unfortunately there is not. Only the iPhone has a remote wipe option through MobileMe.

General advise: wherever it was stolen, report it to the proper authorities and possibly contact Apple for the registration information to find the thief.

I figure there is. Once in iTunes, you can reformat the device to factory settings. That will eliminate all previous data you had on it.

Hi my brothers friend tried entering the wrong password in our IPOD TOUCH . Now it says IPOD IS DISABLED connect to itunes. PLEASE HELP!

You need to connect it to the computer with itunes that you usually connect it to or sync it with. This is because your friend has locked your iphone in case it was stolen. However, by syncing it back with its normal itunes computer, it will realise it hasn't in fact been stolen and should all work again normally.

My ipod has adisabled connect to itunes but my computer was stolen so i can not link to the original itunes

Could you explain what you mean by your iPod "has adisabled"?

Once you get iTunes installed on your new computer, don't sync, which will erase all the music on your iPod.

If the music on your iPod was purchased via iTunes, you can right-click on your iPod within iTunes and select "Transfer Purchases". This will copy your purchased music back to iTunes (back to your new computer).

For any music on your iPod that wasn't purchased via iTunes, you'll need to download and use a program for transferring music from iPod to your computer. There are a bunch of them, here's one:

If you need a free utility, you'll just need to Google.

plug it into your computer and through itunes on your original computer you will be able to reset it. If it is not the original computer that you are using you will be able to reset it but will probably lose the information on it. Hope this helps

How can i erase all my datas (photos, my account, my email ad my password) on my stolen ipod touch?

Sorry, but I don't think that it is possible...

If you would like to get an ipod touch for free after a little effort, then try this link (really it works):

http://www.YouriPodTouch4free.com/index.php?ref=6149435

If you sign-up for one offer (ie things like a netflix trial, a free credit report, an emusic.com account, a discover card, or others) and then refer 6 other people by posting your link, than you can get an ipod touch...(please use my link)

Thanks

My ipod touch is locked and i don't know passcode, how do i unlock it and change passcode?

Connect your iPod to the primary computer you use it with (the first one iPod synced with), and open iTunes. When you disconnect iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked. If you can't unlock iPod using either [the code or connecting it to the computer you use to manage its songs]. . . you can restore your iPod to factory settings using iPod Updater. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to your iPod.
