On our smart TV's the wireless setup gets lost, and we have to reconnect so Netflix will work.
Otherwise it could be an issue with the router (assuming not a work environment).
when iNetflix tries over and over to connect an can't there is a problem with Netflix talking to your cable service.
Go to Netflix.com and log into your account on your computer.
Be sure you are connected there.
Then if possible disconnect from your cable service for 1 minute by turning off your cable modem . You may need to contact your cable service if you are. Ot sure of how to do this.
turn on TV and go the Netflix app
it may ask you to reactivate your account so you may need to refer back to your account on your computer.
If it asks you to log in again on your TV do that.
it should reconnect. If not it is a problem with your cable service provider.

If you are unable to connect to the Internet, you may be having network connection issues.
Restart the device
Restart your device by unplugging it from power for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on with the power button. Restarting the device is often enough to restore your ability to connect to our service. Note: All devices are different. Some may take up to 15 minutes to fully restart.
