User manual for WaterPik model #WP-627C

Many WaterPik manuals are available here: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/manuals/ . However, no WP-627 is listed. Please check if you transposed a digit in the model number since even manuals for some discontinued models are listed. Note: the C at the end of the model number indicates the color option of the device.

There is a WP-672 manual available here: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/pdfs/WP-6XX-instruction-manual_20023662-FAB .

I hope this helps.

My Waterpik is cordless. Do they wear out? I am wondering if I need a new one. It’s about 3 years old.

Waterpik batteries do stop charging overtime. The batteries are cheap to replace. However, they are not easy to replace unless you have some know how with soldering.

My waterpik ultra cordless dental water jet is 15 months old (warranty says 2 years). It will not hold a charge. I charged it over 12 hours and it will not work.

yes it would be covered, just google the product name and click on the company website, scroll down and click on contact us and you should be able to take care of it there.

I have a waterpik ultra cordless dental water jet that is 15 months old and will not hold a charge.

Contact the manufacturer for a replacement product, if it is not holding a charge the battery is dead. which is a defect in the product. Nothing else you can do.
