Range rovers are notorious for air susp issues, over the years I have had several issues. Unfortunately a lot of the time even the dealers fix these by accident. Range Rovers.net is a good site for a lot of issues, that can be checked without testbook. To start check the easy stuff. If the car is a 2003-on the compressor is under spare tire, height sensors can fail and can be checked with a voltmeter, check all air lines and valves. Good luck

How to reset air suspension in a 2003 range rover

This assumes the suspension has failed in some way. The cause could be a loose air line, a leaking air spring, the valve block, the compressor or the computer. Only a dealer or specialised LR shop can reset the computer, but you need to determine and fix the cause first

My 2003 range rover is reading air suspension inactive and it will not go

Try using a scanner to read codes or re-activate, also have a look at the air suspensions bag/balloons, might have a leaky one. If so change, check air suspensions activator unit too. Valves may ber bad.

Range rover problem air bag suspension

I would recommend going to strutmasters.com and taking a look at our conversion kits. these convert you from the airbag to a powder coated American made steel coil spring that is guaranteed to last the life of the car. Airbags and compressors are constantly having to be replaced. Also something alot of people don't know is that theses air suspensions are not meant to be in temperatures above 90 Degrees or below 40 Degrees. That is most of the world. The temperature will cause you to replace alot of bags. and typically when your replacing a bag you are going to have to replace the compressor to because the bag had a hole or small crack in it causing the compressor to over work and it will die. I posted the link below so you can take a look

I hope I was of some help

Good Luck!!!
