Question about Quantaray (291660751) Tripod
I recently purchased a Quantaray Titan II tripod from a used seller. It was missing the quick release plate and I wish to obtain one. I own a Canon XL1 and have been told that the Titan II can hold it firmly. I have no idea where to go or who to call to get the plate. I have tried talking to Ritz and they are zero help. Someone help me, please!!!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Here is the response I got for tripod parts:
********************* The panhandles you need for the cost $5.95 each + $4.40 shipping and handling. The item #'s are TP1-62099-33001 and TP1-62099-33002. For two the total would be $16.30.
You can send a check or money order made out to ToCad America or you can call with a Visa, American Express or Mastercard number. Our address and phone number are listed below.

Try www.TripodQuickRelease.com for that part. There is listed the widest selection of quick releases and support more brands than any other web site I've seen.
