My Husqvarna Automower 220 AC shows PIN CODE EXPIRED on screen. How do I proceed?

For a previously set code that you have forgotten, you just need to do a Hard Reset, which scrubs it clean and reloads the operating system without a PIN code. If it is a PUK Code though, that security code is a different matter.

I have an identical national tc 300 sp 3-in-1 unit. The power input for this set will automatically accept 120-220-240 VOLTS AC. The ac power pins in the 6-pin socket are the two horizontal pins immediately underneath the locating spiggot in the socket.

If you have not set your PIN-code when you first turned on the TV set, you need to do this before you can use the Child lock feature.
If you forget the PIN Code, unplug the AC power cord for 10 seconds to restore the PIN Code to 0000.
If you need to set your PIN Code for the first time, proceed as follows:

1. Press the ' MENU ' button on the remote control to access the main menu.
2. Press the cursor up/down to select FEATURES and press OK.
3. Press the cursor up/down to select Child Lock and press OK.
4. When the Enter PIN appears on the screen, enter '0000'.

This is usually due to the contact for the stop button not working. Normally, the message "Pin Code Expired" is replaced by "Enter Pin code" when you press the stop button to access the keyboard. If the stop button doesn't work, the mower thinks the keyboard cover is still closed and therefore continues to display "Pin code expired".
Open the large lid (the one that gives access to the mowing height selector) and look near the stop button, there's a small rectangular thing connected to a wire and held in place with a metal clip. Take off the clip with some flat object like a screwdriver, then take out the rectangular thing, which has a tiny button on it. Press the button a few times to unstick it. You should now see "Enter pin code" on the screen. Put everything back the way it was, and you should be all set.
By the way, I know this question was posted in 2010, I'm posting the reply to help others googling for this question. I saw some people actually had their motherboard replaced unnecessarily for this simple problem!

Yes, sure. Begin with the headset turned off. Then, press and hold the multifunction button until the blue and led lights flash alternately. The headset is in pairing mode. Now, make your iPhone's bluetooth application ('Home screen > Settings > General > Bluetooth') search for new devices. After a while, the heaset will appean on the phone screen. Select it and command the application to proceed. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is resquested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
