I'm sorry but this is a model that is not available here in the United States. I have never seen this model before in my life, and have no clue what could be wrong on this model. I did however find the instruction manual for your model. You just have to answer a 4 question survey on how you like the LUX 1 and it's free download.

I wasn't able to find the manual for the Kenmore model, however I did find the instruction manual for the corresponding Panasonic canister vacuum cleaner. Your particular Kenmore model is actually made by Panasonic for Sears, and then Sears puts the Kenmore name on the vacuum cleaner. They are identical internally, and have the same parts and components, besides the filter that is behind the bag. Sears makes Panasonic put a specially designed filter in the Kenmore's so that the customer has to go back and purchase that filter from Sears.

These are really great units, chances are the tank isn't seated properly or the pump has lost it's prime. Check the owners manual for troubleshooting. I have included a link to download the owners manual if you are unable to find yours. Click here to download

The best way to get the owners manual is from Royal itself and to contact the Royal factory @ the phone # listed below and to give them the brand name and model # in order to get the correct owner’s manual for your particular vacuum cleaner. No cleaner or water will squirt out when I am shampooing. Yes, I have plenty of water, cleaner, power and set on floor cleaning Bissell proheater 2X

This could be that you have a defective water valve assm below the water tank or the trigger assm is not working properly or not connected.
