Electrolux Gas Range went through a power outage shows/beeps a F15 code. I cannot use oven. I can use the top.I have to unplug it after each use as the oven light stays on.

Yes, the majority gas ovens with mains ignition can be bye passed you ether have a grill cover at the top of oven door or the bottom on the outside and somewhere between the grill slots there should be a small shaft with a slot in the end to enable you to turn it by screwdriver to put the gas through to the burner so your can manually when there is a power cut Ect.

Sorry to say the code is for an internal problem with the computer.
It could be a loss of power for the memory, or a faulty computer.
If it looses power, it has to relearn the basic settings much like a digital clock switching to 12 noon when you unplug it.
The computer gets power from the battery for the memory part and from the key switch for everything else.
The code will set if you disconnect the battery with the key on.

Sounds like the oven power switch went out . Unplug or turn off breaker to the stove / oven. Disconnect the wires going to the oven bake / broil switch and using a electric meter check for continuity on the pos.and neg. terminals of the switch. If there is none then you need to replace the switch.

See if there is a plug under your driver's seat that is unplugged. Can you remember shoving anything under the seat that might have caused it to come unplugged?

Right above your pilot light, there is a little temperature probe. It either needs to be cleaned, replaced, or adjusted closer to the top of the pilot flame. Hope this helps. Good luck!

The evap canister captures and burns fumes coming from the gastank.
If it is saturated with fuel 9from topping off) it can lead to vapor lock.

I read on another site that if the indicator on the dash is malfunctioning and there's a fault code in the system, the beeping is a secondary indication that there's a need for service. I've had my air bag light blinking for some time now. Yesterday my gauges went out, Oil Pressure, Gas Level, Temp Level, and the Battery Charging Meter, all went dead. After starting the vehicle, it beeps 5 sets of 5 beeps. Since the dash obviously has problems, (Including the Air Bag blinking thing not working), the beeps I now hear are what you are experiencing. However, if you still see the air bag light blinking, maybe your situation is a bit different than mine.
