How do l remove elm virus on my computer. Also l wen l try to copy someting it says internal error 0000000b

It is an virus indication if you are using antivirus scan your computer it fix the problem automaticly and if no, so restore the system

It is possible that the memory was damaged or is infected with a strong virus malware that does a block on detection to the PC. try the same on another PC which has a good protection and if this works there are faults on your port or the PC is infected.
If the drive is still not detected then the memory is faulty even after you try to format on any PC.

1. Download CleanUp utility from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301.
2. Install it and run it
3. Scroll down and select AVG products and remove them one after the other (if there are more than one)
4. Restart the computer and install your new anti-virus program

when u poweer up the computer press F8 key then enter in safe mode.then type "cmd"in run then press enter.then u got cmd prompt.
then type"chkdsk /r" then press enter "y"
then restrt the pc.if your hardisk has error it fix with thisd process.if proble still remains your system is virus infected.scan your system with antivirus.

If you're sure that there was an Internet connection to your computer when the error came about, if I were you I would reinstall the software.

it sounds that your were infected by virus, u cannot install that unless remove any variant on it.

The risk solution; is to remove your hard drive and connect to the other computer that has a potent antivirus.
after removing virus you take back your HDD then fixed back to original.

If this will not help, Your system was destruct by a virus so better backup your files and format and install fresh windows this fixed all errors.

If you don't want to scan the system maybe you should directly reformat it and reinstall windows.
