you can give it voice commands by pressing the mic top left corner I told mine to reset and it did it. let it charge up good then turn it on and look for the tiny microphone. say reset and let it do its thang

Yea this is a windows 32bit cpu not android at allAfter weeks trying to get this customers tablet to boot i have discovered finely a menu that will spark hope. Power off tablet. Then power on tablet by holding power button for 4 seconds and as soon as you see the Craig logo tap the ESC key. Eureka you now have 6 icons to select and provide various access to all the bios and other features and booting options..i am now working on getting it restored from here or obtaining a usb flash drive with the windows 10 restore application from microsoft to get the os restored. Your welcome .

hard reset wont help too much in this case .. you need to check the services, firmware and drivers .. if that does not help, then you need a technician.
