SOURCE: Mazda miata radiator replacement
For myself, if I were to replace something like that, I would (as I did in my 87 RX7 TII) a performance radiator. Koyo the trusted brand is my suggestion though probably more expensive.

Just be sure to take measurements where needed. Other than that, most radiator swaps can be a DIY project if you have a few hours and are handy with a socket wrench, screwdriver and pliers.

That toggle switch is for the security system. That year miata never came with any switches for the soft top of any kind. Most likely that is an aftermarket alarm system. Most factory alarm systems do not come with a toggle switch.

Same as the VIN otherwise it is on a plate riveted to the passenger side of the oil pan.

Have computer diag. done on your car, computer pick up a bad signal from one of your engine sensor, have it check out asap.

The car alarm was not part of the car as it left the factory, it was fitted afterwards. You'd need to find out what make and model your alarm system is, at least the make, and google for an instruction manual of that alarm. The make could be on your key fobs, or maybe there are stickers on the windows?
