To add time to my tracfone - Cell Phones

You have to have an active phone number in order to add time on line so, you're going to have to call again. Don't feel bad if you have to ask to talk to another person because you cannot understand him. Once you get that done and your phone is working download the Tracfone app called My Account Downloader. You can then use your phone to add time .

do it online or call tracphone and add but you should actually be able to do it on phone even if in canada

Try going to GooglePlay and get the TracFone My Account app. It will show you your minutes/data/texts remaining, options to add air time, etc. Should do the trick for you. Here's a link telling about it:

Visit a tracfone retailer or contact TracFone Wireless Prepaid Cell Phone Pay As You Go No Contract Cell Phone to add minutes.

Yes, there is, just add the phone number to the dial pad, and instead of making the call, tap the + to add to contact.

With TracFone, you not only need to have minutes, but also service time. Check your phone's display to see if your service time is up. (I have a Samsung TracFone and it tells the number of service days remaining, but my old Motorola showed an expiration date. Your Motorola model may show the date too.) You'll lose service if you don't add more time by the end of service date, even if you still have minutes. As long as you add some more airtime within a short time (I don't remember the exact number of days), you'll keep the same number.

If the phone shows you haven't reached the end of service date and you still have minutes left, there's some other problem that TracFone will need to look into. Their customer service number is 1-800-867-7183.

you cant kuz tracfone doesnt support those carriers. you can get a goPhone but not a tracfone. i had the same problem
