Your Puk code is not with your phone, it's with the service provider (network operator), please call up your operator customer care, they'll give you the number after few questions and instructions. omg... put your memory card with the bigger card witch you get when buying a memory card into the computer. i do everything with usb but if you cant then do it this way
that s because there may be some problem in the sim card holder or the sim card holder is in loose contact ...
just open the handset and remove
and clean the sim card holder with some alcoholic solvent and refit that
correctly and then get your mobile phone working for the sim cards ...
