My soho wasrunning fine with new waterpump and thermostat and fan switch suddenly the heat goes in the red and the fan does not switch on what could be the problem

is the cooling fan working correctly, is gauge reading correctly. I know you said you replaced heat sensor but gauge still could be giving wrong reading.
would try replacing thermostat first and check coolant level and also check that fan is working properly. could be as simple as thermostat, or as bad as a waterpump or blown head.
If it where your water pump isthe vehicle would overheat.
After you replaced the thermostat do you run the engine at idle with the radiator cap removed until the radiator fan came one?
This will help push the air out of the system.
There are two other possibilities.
1. The heater core is plugged. Back flushing the heater core may help remove the built up debris and get you heat again.
2. The blend door may not be fully transitioning from cold to hot. You should be ale to hear a district change in how the air sounds when switching from full hot to full cold.

Check the waterpump and thermostat. When the waterpump doesn't turn, engine heat is not transported to the radiator. When the thermostat doesn't open once warm the same happens - no engine cooling.
The radiator should be hot op top and cooler at the bottom. If it's cold allover then there's no cooling fluid transport
I would say check your coolant level, and change your thermostat. And see if it is high fans or low fans when they come on. There is a fan control relay down on the drivers side frame right under the air box that goes bad too if your fans arent working quite right to check if all else.
Your overheating problems can have several possible causes.
1) Airlock in heating system - solution - bleed air from cooling system. Method is dependent on make/model of vehicle
2) Radiator blocked - solution - drain and flush radiator
3) Failed waterpump - solution - fit new waterpump
4) Engine thermostat stuck in closed position - solution - fit new thermostat
5) Electric cooling fan (if fitted) failing to operate - solution - check fan, fan operating switch, all wiring and connectors
6) Not enough coolant in system - solution - check and top up to required level. Also check all hoses for sign of leakage.
7) Faulty temperature gauge giving incorrect reading

Make sure to use OEM parts and drain the air out of the cooling system. The 3.5 especially is very touchy regarding OEM and aftermarket waterpumps and thermostats for whatever reason. Simple solution to bleed out the air is to drive the car 5-10 mins without the pressure-cap.
