Since ai don't know what the problem is that caused the freeze it is hard to say what may fix it. Do you have the factory restore recovery disc? If not contact emachines support and order that disc, that will get it back up and running. If the machine had 7 installed originally then don't upgrade to 10, I see these problems often when the upgrade is done to 10.

If your computer has a restore partition, it can be accessed by repeatedly tapping alt+F10 right after turning the computer on. Usually with Acer computers (including emachines, gateway, and packard bell) I press alt+F10, alt+F11, F10, and then F11, and keep doing that, until it starts loading the recovery partition.
If that does not work, your computer may not have a restore partition, and you will need recovery discs. Usually you can obtain these from the manufacturer, but they will often charge for this.

Dear SIr,
plzz folow this step to solve your problem,
Did you create backup disks when you got the pc? If not, do you have an operating system cd? You could also go into system tools and do a restore and choose factory during the process if it allows. If you get it to work and you do not have backups then create them as soon as possible.
Thanks For Your Time,

You might be able to purchase a set of factory image CDs from eMachines, but not all manufacturers make them available. You might also find sets for sale on eBay and from some other vendors.
Without the factory restore CDs, you can still reinstall Windows but you'll need to do a little more work. Download the drivers for your system (audio, video, etc.) from the eMachines website and save them on a flash drive. Find a copy of the XP installation CD for your version. You may be able to borrow one from someone. Do a regular installation of Windows, using the product key from the sticker on your computer. Install the drivers you downloaded as required for anything that Windows doesn't properly detect and support. Then activate your Windows installation.
This is sometimes a good thing to do. Some brands of computers come preloaded with so many "bloatware" applications and programs that try to be helpful that doing a clean install like this gives you a faster system when you're done.
The downside is that any preloaded applications that may be worth having, such as antivirus/antispyware applications, media players or CD/DVD burning software won't be there. You will need to do that yourself. There are plenty to choose from for downloading. My picks are avast! for antivirus use, InfraRecorder for disc burning, Winamp for media playing.
