You need to reset your password ,Open website and click on "forgot password" then enter mobile number and get verification code and enter verification and get password reset link on you recovery id .

By "fb" I presume you mean Facebook so here goes.
You could try this, go to the login page here:

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

click the forgot password option and follow the procedure.prove your identity and they will send you the link to change the password to your email address or your registered mobile number.which ever you opt for.you can also get the password recovered by using the security question....
