If you want to get rid of the bloatware ( preinstalled apps) and they can't be uninstalled then you have to root your Phone and install any app which uninstalls system apps like "play books, play movies, Samsung apps etc." I prefer you to use link2sd.

For a Windows computer:
Win7: Open Start - Control Panel - Remove a program. Select the program you want to remove and click remove.
Win 10: To uninstall programs, to go Settings.

On the Start menu select Settings.

Select System > Apps & features.

Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.

Make sure you are removing the from your apps, as removing them from the home screen will just remove the shortcut.

Either click on the apps button and long press of them and drag the app to the top of the screen to delete, or go to "app manager" under settings and remove apps from their through the "uninstall" button.

I'm guessing by stuff, you mean apps. The way you get rid of these is by tapping and holding on any app on your screen. You will see the apps start to jiggle around. You find the app you get want to get rid of and now you press the "x" that could either be in the top left or right corner of the icon. It may confirm that you want to get rid of that app and you confirm that step. When you are done, press the home button located at the bottom center of the device. The apps will calm down.
