You can follow this process-

Depending on whether or not the seller uses eBay checkout, the steps to complete payment are different. If your seller does not use eBay checkout, they will send you an invoice or other payment instructions to help you complete your purchase.

To pay for an item when the seller uses eBay checkout:

1. Link your PayPal and eBay accounts, if you haven't already done so.

2. After you've won an item, click the Pay Now button. You can find this button in the listing, in the Purchase History section of My eBay, and in the confirmation email that you receive from us.

3. Check your shipping address. If any information is incorrect, click the Change shipping address link to update it. (The seller may require a credit card billing address registered with PayPal, sometimes called a confirmed address.)

4. Confirm the order details, including shipping and taxes. Click the Continue button. (If you have questions about the total cost, click the Request total from seller link.)

5. Select PayPal as the payment method.

6. Enter your PayPal log in information. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can sign up.

7. Make sure that your shipping details, payment method, and order details are correct.

8. Click the Confirm Your Payment button to complete your purchase.


To link your PayPal and eBay accounts:

1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.

If you've forgotten your log in details you can set up a new account but you must use a different email address. You can set up another email address at www.gmail.com or www.yahoo.com or any number of sites.

It sounds like you may have more than one PAYPAL account. You may have opened another PAYPAL account with a different email adderess, or possibly someone else has set up an accoun t with your credit card details. Try logging in to PAYPAL with any other email addresses you have.

I no longer have access to the email address registered to my PayPal account

Even if you no longer have access to the email address, you must still enter this address to log in to your PayPal account as this is how the PayPal system recognises you. After you log in, you can change the email address then use the new one when you next log in to your account.
If you definitely only have one PAYPAL account, I suggest you go the the PAYPAL Help section and report the problem.

If you login to your paypal account you can change the email address that is incorrect. Once you put in the new email address you can delete the wrong one.

To view your registered information, log in to your account and click Profile at the top of the page. To make edits, click any link under Account Information, Financial Information or Selling Preference and follow the steps provided.

As far as being verified as a business, I believe with a seller's account, that is what they 'classify' you as - it is your eBay business or seller's account that is linked to your paypal business or seller's account. It is just a higher level of verification really nothing more.
