The lens needs to be removed. Look behind the trunk liner/carpet covering the access to the retainers holding the lens in place. Remove the retainers ( could be plastic wing nuts or actual nuts screwed to the tail light studs. ) There may be 3-5 holding the lens in place. Once retainers are removed the lens will pull away from the vehicle and the light socket can be twisted and removed from the lens assembly exposing the bulb

Left blinker is fast front blinker light working left rear blinker light not working.

When a turn signal bulb is blinking fast, it is an indicator that a bulb is bad in the system. Replace the left rear turn signal bulb, then see if the left front blinker has gone back to normal. Check all fuses. Use a test light to check if there is current to the rear bulbs when flashers engaged. If there is, then replace the burnt bulbs. Check for ground at the rear lights.

If front works, and rear doesn"t (REPLACE REAR BULB).....and vice a versa....If rear and front both don't work replace the FLASHER ..Flasher is located in the FUSE block area.......Listen to the operation of the LEFT or RIGHT flasher operation and you should notice a dirrerence....
