Have you tried removing the battery then putting it back in? Sometimes my laptop freezes and I have to do that. Hope this helps.
yes i have remove the battery so many times but it still didnt work...
and also in the link that you gave me, I cant understand what will i do when i get there. there are so many terms that i dont understand where i could ask about my problem
