This may sound a silly question as your are locked out obviously , have you tried the key in the lock, drivers door ? if there is a fob for remote control ,the battery may need changing .If none of these work call a mechanic who should be able to get one door open and take it from there

The easy part is you just need the latch for the liftgate. The hard part is getting to it and opening the liftgate to replace the latch. You should be able to pull the liftgate trim off most of the way with the gate closed and try to manually actuate the latch to open the gate. You may have to go so far as breaking the latch from the inside to open the gate and then replace your latch.

Dealer might be able to give you code over the phone , but will probly need the VIN # of your car.
Quite often the code can be found hand writen somewhere in the owners manual.

The CEL (Check Engine Light) will not go out until you hook up a OBD II scanner to your vehicle and erase the code. If it comes back again after you erase it than either the original problem still exists or you have a new problem. You can go to your local AutoZone store and they can hook up a scanner and erase your code for free.
