When I went on to Netflix tonight, there was a message that there was a problem with my payment. I see on my most recent credit card bill that I have paid. What do I do?

In your payment settings a valid credit card must be in place for your subscription to be charged to on a recurring basis; this was likely just an oversight with the gift card. Click on the help settings and go to chat and someone will clear this up and credit your account.

However, you must supply an acceptable method of payment before you can establish an account. As with almost all online subscription services, you cannot establish an account then have the provider send you a bill each month for the upcoming month's service. These subscriptions must all be prepaid one month in advance.
Sign into Netflix from your web browser on your computer, mouse over your name in the upper right corner, then select Your Account. Under Membership & Billing, click Add/Update payment method, fill in your credit card details and it should bill that card the first part of every month automatically.
