I don't know about enabling predictive text on mobi wire ogima. However, in other mobiles, it is enabled by going to setting > language and enable the predictive text. I hope it works.

To turn OFF predictive text mode, press and hold the # key.

To turn ON predictive text mode, press and hold the # key. The icon at top-left (next to abc, Abc, or ABC) moves right.

Enable or disable predictive text
From the home screen press the Menu button. Move the cursor to Message and press the OK button.

While writing a message, go to
Option > Predictive Text > Set the Predictive Text to Off.

Or simply
Go to Menu > Tools > Settings > Language > Predictive Text (set it to off)

what exactly is the text problem...here are some general solution for text prediction

1. options > auto text > edit > clear the with field ( this solution is used for instance if you keep type hr and it comes out as hour and you want to change that)
2. options >auto text > new > enter word ( used to add a new word to auto text )
   
3. options > SMS > disable auto text : YES ( used to disable auto text or test prediction )

For you to switch to predictive text or T9, just go to your "Text Message" window, when on that application window please select on your "options" button on your cell phone.

You'll have a pop up with scroll options that would either say 'predictive text', just ok the T9 or "Predictive Text" option and you would be able to have predictive text switched on.
