The uninstall/reinstall Flash player. Uninstall/reinstall Smilebox. I changed my password (which it doesn't accept when I try to sign in) I keep getting the same error 7759.

Smilebox' video recording is not compatible with all players; you would have to contact Smilebox and give them more info on exactly what you are using to record/play back. Sorry, hope they can help you out!

It sounds like your browser has been hijacked. This is caused by malware that gets in the computer and causes you to be redirected to another website or the error message.
I would recommend a full scan of the computer. Sometimes the malware can take over your antivirus software as well and make it look like you are protected, even the paid antivirus.
I use kaspersky to clean computers out. It is not free but I use the free trial, install, clean and then put another back on (whichever you were using). You also have the option to purchase it if you like it. Make sure to uninstall all antivirus software before adding another as you cannot have two antivirus softwares on one computer...they don't play well together.
Once you have done this, your computer will be good to go.
