I have had Smilebox for a number of years. For some reason, I keep getting this message when I go to the site, "Oops, sorry about that. Please close and restart Smilebox and let's give it ano

The uninstall/reinstall Flash player. Uninstall/reinstall Smilebox. I changed my password (which it doesn't accept when I try to sign in) I keep getting the same error 7759. HELP

Smilebox' video recording is not compatible with all players; you would have to contact Smilebox and give them more info on exactly what you are using to record/play back. Sorry, hope they can help you out!

Smilebox DVD will not play in DVD player

We are sorry, but a DVD burned on a computer will not play on every DVD player.

We would suggest that you try a different DVD player.

I keep trying to upload my Itunes song to Smilebox and it is telling me it is either not compatible or copywrited or something. I know I have used me itunes songs before. Please help!!! Thanks, Julie

well there is no way round it legally. if the tracks are copywrited you are stuck. welcome to the lovely world of Digital Rights Management.

Get oops message when trying to access many functioning web sites

Hi Karen, thank you for using Fixya's services.

It sounds like your browser has been hijacked. This is caused by malware that gets in the computer and causes you to be redirected to another website or the error message.

I would recommend a full scan of the computer. Sometimes the malware can take over your antivirus software as well and make it look like you are protected, even the paid antivirus.

I use kaspersky to clean computers out. It is not free but I use the free trial, install, clean and then put another back on (whichever you were using). You also have the option to purchase it if you like it. Make sure to uninstall all antivirus software before adding another as you cannot have two antivirus softwares on one computer...they don't play well together.

Once you have done this, your computer will be good to go.
