I went shooting in the rain with my daystate mk4 is now lcd screen wont switch back on and a no the battery is fulley charge

make sure it is dry before trying to turn it on again, might have a drop of moisure bridging a cicuit, if that doesnt work try a different battery and if that doesnt work then its damaged and needs unit replaced

If you put the camera in rice, or some other desiccant, and leave it for at least several hours, with the battery removed, that will help dry it out. It would be best to disassemble it and clean the circuit boards with denatured alcohol.

The charger puts out about 14 volts, The battery is 12.6 fulley charged. If battery is bad or dirty battery cables the voltage will be to low

yes... bad ground to battery...rain has exacerbated it... check/charge /replace battery..test charging system and have all battery connections..especially ground cleaned and tightened ..good luck
