not much can be done as the chuck is not specifically designed to handle hammer drill operations (they crack the scroll thread adjuster inside )
best get a new chuck and if you do a lot of hammering get a proper hammer drill that has a push in operation not an ordinary electrical drill with a hammer capability
the oil pump should have been PRIMED before running the engine , this is done by connecting a electric drill to the oil pump drive and run drill for 3-5 mins , this will pump the oil into all the galleries etc so when engine is started the oil is already around the smaller intricate areas , the oil pump alone will not always get to these parts after having the head removed , that is also the reason for the rise in temp
I have never used that brand of impact, but I have used many others and I have never known an electric impact or drill to need oil. You need oil in an air powered impact because the air motor needs lubrication. The electric motors in electric impacts have sealed bearings and brushes that are meant to run dry. The actual impact assembly should be sealed as well, it should not need any oil.

If thye winder will not move at all then the chances are it may be seized through lack of oil, you can take an electric drill and put it over the winder pin but put some WD40 on the winder pin first then turn the drill on slowly and it should free off, watch for splashes of oil.
Yes, the bushings are dry, and it is screaming for oil. But, it doesn't like oil, it likes grease better, but it is hard to get in there to grease it. (sometimes), you might get it apart and both ends exposed. Then get the bushing off the end, you won't be able to get it off the front, either squish some grease in there or get the oil can out and try it. Good luck.

You are going to need to remove the oil pan and clear the pump pickup screen. After replacing the pan, put one gallon of marvel oil and one quart of kerosene in place of the engine oil. remove the distributor and make an extension for an electric drill so that you can drive the oil pump with the drill (there should be a hex drive rod that fits into the end of the distributor) Run the drill to circulate the solvent, then let it sit for a few hours. Run the drill again then drain the pan. replace the filter and fill the pan with the correct amount of cheap oil. After replacing distributor, start engine, check oil pressure..If good, continue running for about a half hour. Change oil using good quality oil and add more marvel oil (no more than 1quart) Afterward, you can drive about 1,000 miles, then change oil and filter again and resume regular change intervals. I know this is an elaborate procedure but I have done it many times with good results. Providing the lack of oil when you first started the engine has not damaged anything, you should be OK.
