My acer laptop keyboard isn't working!

i have an acer aspire one, model number zg5. last night it was working perfectly, this morning when i turned it on however, the keyboard wouldn't work. if i wanted to type something i had to hold down an individual key for 2 to 3 seconds for the letter to show up. now the internet wont even pull up. help!!
