Did you take the picture indoors? For precise GPS location try going outside. If you took the picture outside, try waiting 30 sec - 1 min so the GPS manages to locate you.

PCG 394L is the service tag number. You may need to refer to your product again to determine the actual model name. Model Numbers are usually located on a sticker located on the back or bottom of the unit. They may also be listed on the product manual.
Based on the service tag you have provided, the model number might start with VGNFZ.

Images taken by Sony DSC-W200 camera are only 72 DPI.

Pictures on a digital storage don't have any DPI. You get DPI when feeding the pictures into an output device, that is, you can put a ruler on it and measure it. Unfortunately JPG does have DPI tags. I don't know, what these tags try to tell us. With tag editors any value can be put into these tags without any visible effect. Non-displayed pictures are measured in Pixels (width x height).
