Here's what to do:

• Connect the camera to your computer by using the camera's USB cable.
• Turn on the camera.
• In the AutoPlay dialog box that appears, click Import pictures and videos using Windows.
• (Optional) To tag the pictures, type a tag name in the Tag these pictures (optional) box.

PCG 394L is the service tag number. You may need to refer to your product again to determine the actual model name. Model Numbers are usually located on a sticker located on the back or bottom of the unit. They may also be listed on the product manual.
Based on the service tag you have provided, the model number might start with VGNFZ.

Extend the shoulder pad of your HD200U toward the rear of the camcorder. Locate the Model/Serial tag on the exposed frame.

Pictures on a digital storage don't have any DPI. You get DPI when feeding the pictures into an output device, that is, you can put a ruler on it and measure it. Unfortunately JPG does have DPI tags. I don't know, what these tags try to tell us. With tag editors any value can be put into these tags without any visible effect. Non-displayed pictures are measured in Pixels (width x height).
