You can apply Update 2 to AutoCAD 2010 running on all supported operating systems and languages. Be sure to install the correct update for your operating system.
You do not have to install Update 1 in order to install Update 2. Update 2 includes the most recent fixes, as well as all fixes included in Update 1.

Autodesk not offering direct download of autocad 2010 products, they offer product downloads for register users ofr trial versions.
But you can download autocad 2010 from torrents, but they not supports for updates.
