No longer have access to my email, and have different phone number so how do i log in to my facebook

If you still remember your old password, then you can simply log-in using your old email address/password and go to settings to edit them both. Unfortunately if you don't know the password, you may have to start a new Facebook page using your new email and/or mobile #.

You really have to solve this on the Facebook support page. It really works:

You could try this, go to the login page here:,

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". (Probably not Phone in your case !!) Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.

I can't reset my password because I can't access the email address listed on my account.

Once you get back into your account you can change your login email address at any time from yourAccount Settings. You can also log into Facebook with any email address you've added to your account.

First of all, Paul, I recommend not posting your email address as a question, its very unhelpful for others to find and help you with.
Secondly, Can you give more information as to what is keeping you from logging in? Do you have access to your [email protected] email account, but not the ability to log in to facebook?

In general:
1. go to facebook.com
2. plug in your email or phone number + password in the boxes on the upper right hand menu
3. or if you have forgotten your password, hit "forgot password". password reset instructions will be sent to the email on file.
4. Otherwise, follow the main instructions on the main page. Make sure you have access to the email you use to sign up.

5. If you no longer have access to the emails on file for that facebook account, there is a button at the bottom of the "forgot password" page, which you can click and enter a phone number for other means of resetting your account

Be forewarned: If you only have one email address associated with your account, losing access to your email could mean losing access to your Facebook. You can still access your account by using your email address and password. Also, you can find a lost password by mobile phone if you assigned one. If you forgot your password or email address, you can do the following:
From Facebook:
"If you registered a username, try logging in using your username and password. A username is your personalized Facebook URL (web address) and appears in the location bar of your browser after "http://www.facebook.com/" when you view your profile. After logging in, visit the Settings tab on the Account page to locate the email address you use to log in."OR "Ask one of your Facebook friends to view your profile and send you the email address listed on your account. Normally you can log in to face book, through any mobile phone.
It does not matter, if you are using a different phone number.The face book site, takes no record of your phone number.
All you need to do, is to log in your email address,and your password .That is all you need, to access your account on face book.
i.e Neither the phone type nor the phone number matters.Just your correct email address and your correct password

Even though you don't have the old email, it's still the required log-in so as long as you still have your password you should be ok.
simply log in with the old address info and access your account online to change your email info from your browser app.
