Can the user password be bypassed on my Acer veriton N282g

According to me it is not possible to reset administrator password by using user account. So you should reset administrator password either by using manual methods or by using automated software (such as stellar phoenix password recovery software).

See the Acer Veriton Z290G User Guide on the Acer Support web site which advises how to remove the back cover of this all-in-one computer.

If you do a format and install the operating system again, the admin password will be deleted.

i can fixed that problem for you with out formating your system. or try to use the system script program password.

It is possible to bypass it if its just the User's password but not the Administrator's Password

on the Logon Screen, Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys and another Logon Dialog Box will appear, type administrator in the Username Field and press enter without entry any password. You will be logged on if there is no Administrator's Password then Go to Control Panel => User Account, Select the User and unset the password.
