I would contact customer service and ask if they have "drop-in" replacement. That was a Daewoo made for Amana / Maytag / Whirlpool. Their customer

you must replace the FUSE with the same capacity for example: you will see in the metal fuse the incription 240vac-15amp see if the fuse is Ceramic or Glass, you CAN not use 125vac,10amp or 20amp, the circuit WILL not protect the electronic system, and will dammed another section. Take a measuring tape measure all four criteria, then when you go to buy, match the measurements on the box and have a salesman give you a hand so there can be no errors.
If you know the size (diameter) of the turntable, it would be much easier just to find another one of the same size rather than finding the exact part as the number matches nothing.
you may find a replacement one from the link below, just look for one with the same dimensions and it should work
