This is not a common problem where everyone will be facing it but still it can happen for so many other reasons. Now as a first step what can be done is to uninstall and re-installl the app which is causing the problem. If you are still facing some issues then try to follow the below steps,
STEP 1: Go to the charms menu to get the settings page ( Windows + C )
STEP 2: Go to settings -> Location -> Select Allow apps to use my location.
STEP 3: Do the same, go to settings -> Location -> Change location -> and change your home location to the proper one.
STEP 4: Restart your system once and then now you will not be getting this error.
