Siemens dcw20 computer will connect to the device but freeze up when try and connect to it

first of all make sure to check all connections and wires the go to the speaker icon bottom left of the screen right click and change the playback device to the speakers :)

It may be worth trying this

switch on and same time keep pressing the F8 key
hopefully it will take you to the options for repair

try last know good configuration or system restore back to when it was ok
or try to ask windows to repair

Are you connecting the speakers to the green port on the sound card. If so, check in "Control Panel" that the P.C can see the sound card and that it is the "Preferred" play back device.

A flashing ADSL light on the router means its not getting constant broadband signals. Make sure it is connected to the adsl filter without any extensions and the filter should be directly connect to the main phone socket and not to an extension socket. Also check if the phone socket has 1 or more than 1 ports on it. If it has two port its most likely a SSFP socket which does not require a filter as it is inbuit.If all the connections are fine try changing da filter.

you have a couple of options here.
1:) check fujitsus website, as sometimes there are drivers specifically designed for touchpads. i.e ALps pointing devices et,c. download if possible and install.
2:) try connecting an external mouse.
3:) take to a computer repair specialist, or if your a competant person. search for downloading the service manual. and remove the touchpad, which usually involves, keyboard-removal. and seperating the touchpad from pickup panel below it.
i,d assume that the pad may have either a loose ribbon cable connection, or has suffered some fluid spillage damage.
