From what I see the laptop just came out January 2013.
I don't see instructions in the User Manual about how to replace/upgrade the Harddrive, or Ram Memory.
What I do see is the Base Cover comes off to access the above.
Remove AC adapter (Charger), and Battery, turn laptop bottom side up.
Remove all screws going around the outside bottom of the Base Cover, and the one in the middle.
At least that's the way it looks to me.
It is covered under a warranty for a year, from what I read.
Why disassemble? Add more Ram Memory?
Replace broken touchscreen? No parts available yet IMHO.

Place your windows disk in the drive and boot from it. Follow on screen instructions and when finished, download and install ALL Asus drivers from Asus.
