SOURCE: asus x202e repair manual
From what I see the laptop just came out January 2013.
I don't see instructions in the User Manual about how to replace/upgrade the Harddrive, or Ram Memory.
What I do see is the Base Cover comes off to access the above.
Remove AC adapter (Charger), and Battery, turn laptop bottom side up.
Remove all screws going around the outside bottom of the Base Cover, and the one in the middle.

At least that's the way it looks to me.
It is covered under a warranty for a year, from what I read.
Why disassemble? Add more Ram Memory?
Replace broken touchscreen? No parts available yet IMHO.

SOURCE: how to reformat asus vivobook X202e WINDOWS 7?
so had w8 right and you meant down grade it to w7, from 8?
if yes say so.
the whole hdd will kill the os dead and gone 100% gone
what to say is now to run recovery
do you have the w7 install disk?s
image recovery
Restart your Notebook PC then press F9 per the manual
if F9 is used, pC goes to w8 not w7
w8 sure does not have down grade option.
w8 can be upgraded to w10 for free and is best.
w7 is now an unsupported OS.
w10 was offered too july 1015 for free then too. did you miss that great opportunity, or fear w10 ?
w7 is not sold now over any counter
w7 is not on the hdd image F9
only 8.1 is supported by oem make asus
as seen here only 64bit 8.1 ( to get all drives and utilities)
