Fuel pump was running too long after shutting off engine; pump started making noise then wouldnt start up again. Replaced fuel pump and pump has power from connector under driver seat all the way back to the pump. If fuel is delivered (by plastic pop bottle) to engine, van starts up fine. What other sensors/relays etc. could be keeping gas from getting to the engine??
The oil pressure sensor also has a fuel shut off circuit that goes thru it. IF the oil sensor is going bad, the car will start but soon die once the fuel prime connection trips thru to the oil sensor. Replace oil sensor, which is located around the oil filter under car.
If the pump continued to run after shutting off the car you fuel pump relay was probably staying latched. I would replace the relay as well based on your info. Along with the pump the fuel filter should be replaced too and fuel pressure should be checked. Make sure your ground is good also.

Underneath your hood, behind the passenger side headlight, behind the core support, is a bank of 2-8 relays. One of those relays is the relay needed for your fuel pump. There will also be a fuel pump relay fuse located there. The relay designation should be on the cover of the relay compartment.

can you jumper the relay or find the red wire by the battery that is nit connected it will have a green connector jump it to positive and see if pump comes on
