If your board is still missing you may have to contact Pinterest Support directly. However they usually will e-mail you to explain what they did.
My guess is you hit pin several times while it didn't look like it was working and that's why it pinned more times. Every time you hit pin/entered it, it was actually working on their end. Sometimes patience goes a long way. I don't know if you ever experienced this but sometimes you might try to open a window and it just won't work, or so we think, but after it finally works, you get 5 windows popping up-only because each time it registered but we didn't think it did because it took forever. After one time of clicking, if it takes forever go take a break and come back. You can stop it and then refresh to see if it actually did take.
But if you find a pin that will just not pin after clicking it only once, go here:
You can save Pins you find on Pinterest or add new ones from your favorite websites. Hover over a Pin you want to save and click Pin It. Or, click the Pin to see it close up and click Pin It. Choose a board for yourPin and add a description.
This is an excellent product. When used it at 90 psi with the 1 3/8" pins there should be no issues with putting pins through shoe molding, corner molding, pinning crown miters, etc.
NOTE: The specially designed nail channel is designed to prevent jamming
However, there is a minor that I've experienced: it is difficult to load a new clip of pins when there are a few still left on the old clip. The spring mechanism pushes the two clips together pretty hard when you close the magazine, and the ends of the clips can get doubled up, jamming the magazine.
I don't know of any fix for this problem, so I recommend that you only refill it when it is completely empty.
If you've never used a pinner before, you should keep in mind that it is NOT going to replace your finish nailer.
