No. Woods does not make 2-channel timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#digitalNor is this feature available through Intermatic wall timers, GE wall timers, Leviton, Swilight, UPM, Tork, Westinghouse, Westek, Utilitec, maplin, Stanley, Brinks, Timex, Kichler, Hagar, First Alert, sylvania, Aube, Honeywell, coleman, HPM, etc etc.
However, you can buy narrow timers like Westek TE22, also similar sold by Brinks... and 2 different timers can plug into same duplex outlet... letting you control 2 different loads from same outlet... by using two timers: usually this type timer is sold as 2-pack
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#WestekThere are also box timers, like Intermatic ET series, that can be programmed for 2-channel operation where same timer controls two different loads, each with different weekly or daily schedule ... Intermatic PE153 offers 3-chanels, and there is one timer, ET90000 that can be programmed for 40+ channels with 4000 set points and 365 day calendar for each channel etc
