Won't go pass the loading, continues to load but doesn't down load anything to go to apps
If it is a windowd tab, get a bootable usb with wondows on it and run the boot repair.
if not...reinstall whatever os it has on it.
NOTE: This will erase everything from the tablet and reinstall its operating system to factory default. This is the only way to get passed the password if you forgot it.
1). Make sure the tablet is off.
2). Press the and hold the POWER BUTTON the obediently press and hold the BACK BUTTON.
3). Continue holding BOTH buttons until the Emetic logo appears. The release only the POWER BUTTON continue to hold the BACK BUTTON until the android with open door and menu appears.
4). Select "WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET"
5). A list of several "NO.." will appear, scowl down and click on the only "YES.."
6). With the "Yes.." Highlighted in a blue bar press the "POWER BUTTON" one time.
7). The system will format and restore the operating system.
8). Select "REBOOT SYSTEM".
9). You should be good to go.
