I'd imagine that you can look through the modes, or have a master reset, Master reset located Options. Then i think it's the one right at the bottom. I think. Hope this has helped.

All you have to do is... hold down the (RED) End button and the (GREEN) Send button at the same time, and while still holding them down POKE your stylus in the soft reset hole at the bottom of phone.
Soft Reset button is located to the right of the mini USB charging port, assuming the phone's screen is facing you.
Confirm you want to Format and Done!
P.S. Sometimes if you don't hold the Green and Red buttons hard enough they tend to unclick and reclick if you don't apply Firm and even pressure. Also if you still have trouble make sure the phone is in the BOOTING cycle when you attempt this.

I also have the same problem. I took the battery out and put it back again. I could unlock the phone. But everything in the phone is messed up. The "setting" icon is for radio, the "radio" icon is for "setting", etc.
