Only when you are able to login to your Facebook account, you can change the password. If you only forgot the password you can click on I forgot the password on the login screen. Facebook will help you to setup a new password. But when someone has access to the account, and changed not only the password, but also all security settings, sen Facebook can't help you.

On the login page top right you fine a little question, forgot password. Click that line if you can't login because of that reason.

First of all, login to your yahoo account using the username velmam3 and change your password. Now try to login to the facebook account using the email address and reset your password. The reset password email will be sent to your email address (velmam3...) now login to your yahoo account and click the reset link, follow the onscreen instructions and change your password (facebook).
