I had the same problem with my galaxy j7, I forgot the login password to get in to my phone. I tried a hard factory reset to manufacture settings. I had contacts and photos backed up with google account, so it was okay to erase and reset the phone. The login password was gone and the phone started like i had just bought it, but then I ran into another problem. My google user account was still logged in when I reset the phone. Androids and googles Factory Reset Protection was activated and a message said "an unauthorized attempt to factory reset was detected, please login with the original user email and password". I forgot the screensaver password and google account password I was still locked out of my phone. Two options I had then was the local phone repair store (boost mobile was going to charge 40$ to unlock my phone) recommended to try this first. The other option was to reset google account password and login to email from another computer for password verification and wait googles 72 hour FRP lockout to use new password to login. If you have any other questions or cant login email at [email protected]
Jos.

But Then You Dont Remember PASSWORD OR GMAIL.

This is the simplist way to bypass Google Account VERIFICATION.
So now you are wondering why then new password is not working?
Google also has a 72 HOUR LOCKOUT SECURITY. On the verification Email there is a Time Stamped. The time is your email recieved time.
This time Started Googles' 72 Hour CountDown.
Do not attempt to reset Password, or login again untill countdown has expired. You dont want to chance time Restarting.
If time stamped was 8AM 26th, 72 Hrs is up 8AM 29th. I would wait just a half hour more.
Best thing to do now is Kickback 3 days.
When Countdown has expired, New password will work to log in.
UNABLE TO ACCESS VERIFICATION EMAIL???
NOT GOING TO WAIT 72 HOURS???
NO $$ FOR MOBILE PHONE REPAIR SHOP???
TRY THESE SIMPLE STEPS.
After the phone has finished its factory reset it will reboot and you will be prompted to choose the desired display language.
After choosing the correct language please follow the next steps:
Connect the phone to a Wifi Network (preferably your Home network)
The next screen will ask you for the Google Account
Tap the text field in which the account should be inserted until the Keyboard comes up
Tap and hold the "@" character until a Settings menu pops up
Select Google Keyboard Settings
Tap on the 3 dots in the top part of the screen (or More depending on what Android OS you are running)
Select the Help & Feedback item and select any item in the list that will follow
Long press to select anytext on this page and click on Websearch in the upper right corner
A search field will be shown (delete the text inside the search field)
Type Settings in the search field
Tap "About Phone" and tap 7 times on the Build Number to enable Developer Options
Return to the previous menu and open the Developer Option that just appeared
Allow OEM Unlocking and tap Back two times
Restart the device
Connect it to Wifi again
Notice how you won't be prompted to log in the previous Google Account and instead the phone will ask you to ADD a new Google Account.
Factory Reset Protection from android
and
Googles 72hrs lockout
the 72 hour lockout timer resets every time an attempt is made to create new password,
Google will send a new pass word email, to your Gmail. The time stamped on that email started the 72 hour lockout.
Best thing to do, kick back for 3 days, then create a new pass word. Also will have the option to creat a new gmail account.
You can log into www.youtube.com or sign up for a free account at the same link.
Youtube is also owned by google, so if you have a google / gmail account you also get a youtube account.
Simply login to your google account from any of googles services (Gmail, google+) then goto youtube.com and you will be logged in.
If you want to connect to the website, type www.google.com into your browser's address bar. Or if the address listed here became a link, just double-click on that link.
