Manual

Just to play it safe I would NOT jump start while charging, It sounds like one would be putting out too much volts/amps ETC and could damage or the even kill the battery.

I just bought one similar and wondered the same thing. on the unit you will find two male prongs recessed into the case. Simply plug and extension cord into them, the 12v charger is built in. Mine said to charge for 36 hours before fist use.

Manual for black and decker electromate 400 What do lights two red and one blinking green indicate?

I went to the Black & Decker site and downloaded the pdf manual of the electromate 400. It says you're supposed to charge it until you have one red light, one yellow light, and one green light. I expect that 2 red lights and a green light means it's not fully charged. The manual also said you can't overcharge using the 120 V. method. Good luck.

If it is a three wire electric antenna. The Ground wire is usually black. To find out which is the trigger wire simply connect the black wire to ground and then power one of the other wires, if you here the clicking of the relay you know this one is the trigger wire and the other wire is the power wire.
