Take that code and your car's registration to your local Ford dealer's parts department. They can look up the unlock code for you. You will need to input the code to unlock your radio. Write the code down in your owners manual, so that next time this happens [any time the battery is dead or disconnected] you will have to code to unlock the radio.

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio. The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Ford service centre and get them to enter this code for you.
You are describing the Lock 10 message. Ford charge a fortune to resolve this - up to £200.

They charge £3.50 to decode the radio itself but be sure to use the contact form to let them know the radio is also locked up as this requires an additional procedure to get the radio to accept the code.
They will supply the instructions you need to get it running again. Have used them several times.
You can get this code from the dealer but they will charge you between £20 to £35 for doing this.
