IMO Never Use a cleaning disc for Gaming consoles. Which Xbox 360 do you have? Is it the Older Model or newer one? You can Try Blowing into Your Xbox disc drive. Is your xbox up to date, you can unplug your xbox 360 and from the wall and the Xbox. Wait 25 Mins and Try again.
the disc drive on the xbox 360 has a key that matches it to the motherboard. If the key isn't there, or is incorrect, the xbox won't read games. If you (hopefully) still have the original drive, you might be able to get someone to help you with jungleflasher to copy the key over. Good luck!
well, the only thing that i can think of is that your old games work because you may have backeed them up to your HDD. For whatever reason, it is not reading any of the discs, but you can play the old games because the machine knows the correct disc is in the drive, and plays it straight form the hard drive. Note that this answer is based on the assumption you back your games up; you may need a new DVD drive.
One. Make sure the bar code on the band on the inner ring is perfectley clean and dusted. Two blow into the disc drive to make sure there is no dust on the laser. Three, get a professional to look at it such as a person at Game or at Gamestation. Four, try replacing the copy (NOT RECOMMENDED YOU COULD WASTE MONEY)
i dont really know why it is not playing because i got a x box 360 pro and i got assassin's creed 2 and it work just fine so go to game stop and ask them why its not working. :(
